Start with what you want to say, then review every sentence.

ApplyPace prepares a draft from your verified experience and the real question. It keeps the draft, your final answer, and the edits that should shape the next application.

01

Check facts before the prose

Every claim should point to your CV, profile, portfolio, or a fact you confirmed. Numbers, dates, company names, immigration details, and links need the same check. Unknown facts stay out of the draft.

02

Use the whole application as context

The cover letter should add something the resume and open answers do not already say. Repeating the same paragraph across three fields wastes space and makes the application harder to read.

03

Keep the first draft and your final version

A diff shows which phrases you removed, what facts you added, and how you changed the order. Save clear patterns from several approved edits as writing rules for later drafts.

04

Flag unsupported or stale claims

A strong sentence can still be wrong. Mark claims that lack a source, conflict with the candidate record, or use an old number. The writer should decide what is true before deciding how it sounds.

05

Do one short final review

  • Does the opening say why you are writing?
  • Does each paragraph add information?
  • Are the claims specific and verified?
  • Does it sound like something you would send?
  • Are the company name, role, links, and files correct?
FAQ

Questions

Will ApplyPace send a cover letter without my review?

No. You review the text, edit it, and submit the employer form yourself.

Does it learn from my edits?

It keeps the proposed and final versions and can turn repeated, clear edits into writing rules you approve.

Can I use the same letter for several roles?

You can reuse verified facts, but the reason for applying and the most relevant examples should be checked for each role.
