For roles you already want

Prepare job application answers from facts you checked.

Bring the role and the form. ApplyPace prepares each written answer and any requested cover letter from experience you confirmed, then checks the full packet for repeated content. You review every field, and only writing rules you approve carry into later applications.

Free plan. No card.

ApplyPace does not find jobs or submit forms. You choose the role, review the work, and press Submit.

Why are you interested in this role?

Review

I’m interested in Northstar because the role combines applied AI work with the customer implementation side. At Fieldnote, I built the extraction and review workflow used by operations teams, then worked with them through each release.

Candidate claims are checked against facts you confirmed.

Questions and files follow the application in front of you.

Answer drafts, final versions, and diffs stay in the revision history.

Keep the full application in one review record.

The system uses the exact questions, the facts you confirmed, and the writing rules you approved.

01

Choose a role

Use a role you already found. Paste its URL or save it from the browser.

02

Check the fit

Hard constraints run first. Work mode, compensation, visa path, workload, and effort remain visible.

03

Read the real form

The browser companion captures exact questions, choices, limits, uploads, and protected fields.

04

Check the writing together

The current written answers and cover letter are checked for repeated passages, repeated openings, and heavily reused content.

05

Submit yourself

The employer tab stays in your hands. The desk records the final version after you send it.

06

Keep the revision history

Drafts, approved edits, and diffs remain saved. After three edits with the same correction type, ApplyPace proposes a rule for you to approve.

Prepared answers cite the facts they use.

Your CV starts the record. You confirm the facts, add search constraints, and save the language you would actually use. If a claim check cannot support a statement, the draft is blocked for your review.

Why do you want to work here?

It reads the application in front of you.

Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, Workable, Workday, iCIMS, and ordinary HTML forms become one typed field schema. Legal declarations, signatures, demographic questions, and uncertain authorization fields stay blank.

The current companion is a manual Chrome install. You can keep Simplify or another autofill tool for standard fields and use ApplyPace for the writing, evidence, files, and review.

What the product will and will not do.

Does it submit applications for me?

No. It prepares the fields, answers, and files, then leaves the employer form and Submit button with you.

Does ApplyPace find jobs or improve my CV?

Not yet. Bring a role you already found and a CV you are comfortable using. ApplyPace turns them into a verified candidate record and prepares the application writing for your review.

Do I need the Chrome companion?

Yes, if you want ApplyPace to read the exact fields on the employer form. The current companion is installed manually and is not yet in the Chrome Web Store.

Can it use my Gmail?

Gmail tracking is in private testing. Approved accounts can connect with read-only access, and every likely recruiting update waits for review before the application changes.

Will it write every answer from scratch?

It uses the exact question, the job posting, your verified facts, the answers already saved in that form, and the writing rules you approved. Once the writing is prepared, it checks the current answers and cover letter together for repeated content. You review and can rewrite every free-text answer.

Can an AI agent use it directly?

Yes. The same records are available through typed JSON endpoints, OpenAPI, and a machine-readable capability file. Human approval gates apply through the API too.
